KUGOO Warranty Policy
At KUGOO, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Each item undergoes a thorough inspection process before shipment. If, for any reason, our product does not meet your expectations, please contact us directly — we’re here to help.
Note: If your order was not purchased from KuKirinScooterCanada.com, please reach out to the original point of purchase for assistance.
Warranty Coverage
KUGOO offers a 12-month limited warranty (with a 6-month warranty for the battery) from the date of purchase, covering defects in workmanship and materials.
During the warranty period, KUGOO will:
a. Provide diagnostic assistance and instructional repair videos;
b. Ship replacement parts at no cost;
c. Offer functionally equivalent replacements for defective accessories.
Important: This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, accidents (e.g., riding in wet conditions, dropping the scooter), or unauthorized modifications.
Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please email service@kukirinscootercanada.com with the following:
1. Order number
2. Brief description of the issue
3. Photo or video clearly showing the problem

Shipping and Service Terms
a. Replacement parts will be shipped via regular mail and typically arrive within 15–30 business days.
b. KUGOO covers all shipping and replacement part costs related to valid warranty claims.
c. The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
d. Products purchased second-hand, used, or from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for warranty service.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty service will not be provided if:
1. The product was modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel or with non-original parts.
2. The product suffered damage from accidents, external elements, or improper transport/storage.
3. The product was used in rain or submerged in water deeper than 4 cm.
4. Product markings (e.g., serial numbers) are removed or illegible.
5. The damage results from improper usage, such as not following the user manual.
6. The warranty period has expired.
Limitations of Liability
KUGOO reserves the right to evaluate all warranty claims and determine eligibility at its sole discretion. If a claim is not covered, we will provide a repair quote and return shipping costs.
a. This limited warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, whether express or implied.
b. KUGOO is not liable for:
1. Loss or damage to other property
2. Loss of profits or revenue
3. Personal injury
4. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our responsibility is limited to replacing the defective product or parts with items of comparable value (including refurbished components, if necessary).
