Return & Refund

KuKirin Canada spares no efforts to serve our customers. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, we will be happy to help you. The following will list the procedures and conditions for return and refund, as well as all relevant information you should know:

Please kindly contact us if you want to change or cancel your order before the order has been processed (typically 2 hours). Your order could be modified or refunded before we ship out the item. The refund will be processed after our staff has confirmed the situation with you.

Order Cancellations & Changes

We understand that plans can change, and we're here to help. Please review our policy below regarding order cancellations and modifications:

  1. Cancelling Orders (Not Yet Processed or Shipped)
    If your order has not yet been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it may be canceled. A processing fee of 2.9% will apply to cover transaction costs.

  2. Cancelling Orders (Already Processed, Fulfilled, or Shipped)
    If your order has already been processed, fulfilled, and/or shipped, it can still be canceled. In this case, a 2.9% processing fee will apply, along with outbound and return shipping costs, which will be determined by our warehouse team.

  3. Changing an Order
    To request a change to your order, please contact us at info@kukirinscootercanada.com.

    • If the order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

    • If the order has already shipped, changes are still possible, but you will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs for the original order.

Return Eligibility & Process

We strive to ensure every product meets your expectations. Please review the conditions below for returns and how to initiate the process:

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are only accepted if the item has not been signed for (not opened;still on its original packaging) and the shipping carrier is able to intercept the package. Note that this is considered a canceled order and fees will apply (please refer to to above cancellation terms)

  • Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.

Manufacturing Defects:
If you receive your product and notice a manufacturing defect right out of the box (which is rare), we will:

  • Troubleshoot the issue with you (please follow our warranty claim process)

  • Ship replacement parts as needed.
    Please note: This does not cover damage caused by misuse or personal handling. For more details, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

How to Request a Return:
To initiate a return, please email us at service@kukirinscootercanada.com to request authorization. If approved, the item must be returned in its original packaging.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email to confirm that your return has been received. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined based on the condition of the item and return eligibility.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card). Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Additional Return & Refund Information

  • Please note that we do not accept returns due to change of mind.

  • Returns and refunds may take 1–4 weeks to process, although most are resolved much sooner.

Once your returned item is received, we will notify you by email and let you know whether your return request has been approved or denied based on our return policy.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again to ensure the refund hasn’t been posted.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund appears on your statement.

  3. Reach out to your bank, since there is often a processing period before refunds are officially posted.

Shipping Instructions for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the instructions below:

  • Repack the merchandise securely in the original packaging box.

  • Be sure to include all original materials, including any labels, accessories, and documentation.

  • We must receive your returned merchandise within 12 weeks from the date your return and refund request was approved.

If the return is not received within this 12-week period, the approval for your return and refund will be voided.

Return Shipping & Processing Time

  • You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item.

  • Original shipping charges from your purchase are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • You may use any carrier of your choice (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS), but we require a shipping method that provides a tracking number for confirmation.

Processing Times

  • Please allow 2–3 business days for us to review and process your return once we receive the item.

  • If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed within 1–2 business days after approval.

We’re committed to treating our customers with fairness and respect, and we appreciate the same consideration in return. While we always aim to accommodate return requests, there may be rare cases where a return cannot be accepted.
