1. Order Cancellations & Changes
a. Cancelling Orders (Before Processing or Shipping)
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase, before itβs processed or shipped. A 2.9% transaction fee will be deducted to cover payment processing costs.
b. Cancelling Orders (After Processing or Shipping)
If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, it may still be canceled. However, you will be responsible for:
- A 2.9% transaction fee
- Round-trip shipping costs, determined by the carrier
c. Changing an Order
If your order hasnβt shipped, weβll try our best to accommodate changes. Contact info@kukirinscootercanada.com as soon as possible.
If the order has already shipped, you will be responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs.
2. Return Policy
All sales are final unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed. Returns are only accepted under the conditions below:
Return Eligibility
- The itemΒ must not have been signed for
- The itemΒ must be in original packaging and not opened
- The carrier must be able toΒ intercept the delivery before completion
These are treated as cancellations, not traditional returns, and will still be subject to applicable cancellation fees.
No Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for buyerβs remorse, dissatisfaction after use, or change of mind. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.
3. Manufacturing Defects
In the rare event your item arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will:
a. Troubleshoot the issue with you
b. Ship replacement parts free of charge, if necessary
This does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or improper handling. See our Warranty Policy for more information.
4. How to Request a Return or Warranty Claim
Email service@kukirinscootercanada.com with your order number and description of the issue.
If your return is approved, items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included.
5. Refunds & Processing Times
- After inspection, we will notify you if your return has been approved or denied.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method withinΒ 5β10 business days.
- The entire return process may takeΒ 1β4 weeks from initial request to completion.
6. Late or Missing Refunds

a. Recheck your bank or card statement
b. Contact your bank or credit card provider

8. International Return Notice
Our return center is located in Ontario, Canada. You are responsible for:
- AllΒ return shipping costs
- Any applicableΒ customs duties or import fees
If a return is not received due to unpaid fees or customs delays, no refund will be issued.
