At Kukirin Scooter Canada, we’re committed to offering the best value to our customers. While our prices may vary from time to time due to inventory, demand, and USD exchange rates, we also recognize and appreciate our loyal customers.
🔄 Do You Offer Price Adjustments?
We do not offer refunds for price changes after purchase. However, as a courtesy, if an item you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of your order date, we’ll be happy to issue a store credit for the difference.
🎁 How It Works:
a. You must contact us within 7 calendar days of your order date.
b. The item must be the exact same model and variant (SKU, color, etc.).
c. The item must be still in stock at the lower price.
d. A store credit will be issued for the difference, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
e. Store credit can be used on any future order and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
⚠️ Exclusions:
- Clearance items, flash sales, limited-time promos, or bundle discounts are excluded.

All prices at checkout are considered final. If you see a lower price shortly after purchase and meet the criteria above, we’re happy to apply the difference as store credit.
