1. Do you have a physical store?
No, however, we do have a warehouse in Toronto ON and London ON, which is not open to the public. Using a warehouse instead of a storefront helped us LOWER THE PRICES to satisfy customers because we know you WANT lower prices. 3. Can I pay cash and not pay taxes?
We are a legal business registered in Ontario and we have to file taxes to the government. However, we do offer PROMO CODES to help offset the cost.

5. How does my order get processed?
All orders will get dispatched directly from our Toronto or London warehouse within 2-3 working days. It usually takes 1-7 working days for delivery.
6. How can I change or cancel my order?

7. Do I need to pay for the shipping and taxes/duties?
KuKirin Canada provides FREE shipping to Canada for all scooters. Our prices are lowered to help offset taxes.

9. My order never arrives. What should I do?
If you haven't received your package within the standard delivery times, please follow these steps:
