Before Submitting a Warranty Claim, Please Troubleshoot Your Scooter

We encourage you to first check out our instructional YouTube videos to troubleshoot common scooter issues. Simply visit our YouTube Channel and search for your specific scooter model for helpful guides.

Tip: Many minor issues can be resolved by reviewing and adjusting the parameter settings on your scooter's display. Please refer to our YouTube videos for detailed instructions on setting adjustments.

 

How to File a Warranty Claim

If troubleshooting does not resolve your issue and you need to claim a warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Document the Issue: Take a clear photo and video of the defective part. Please include a clear photo of the SERIAL # (located on the side deck)
  2. Identify the Part Version: Locate the part's version (e.g., Rear Brake Line - B Version). You can find this information in the "Spare Parts" section on our website: Spare Parts.
  3. Submit Your Claim: Send an email to service@kukirinscootercanada.com with the subject line: "Warranty Claim ORDER # _____". In the email body, briefly explain your concern.

 

Important Notes:

  1. Once your claim is received, our team will confirm whether additional photos or videos are needed.
  2. We will evaluate the issue to determine if simple troubleshooting can resolve it.
  3. If a replacement part is necessary, we will identify the required part.
  4. Claim confirmation may take 1-5 business days. Please allow us time to assess the issue thoroughly.
  5. After assessment, we will notify you of the replacement part that will be shipped.
  6. Replacement parts typically take 15-20 business days to arrive after confirmation.
  7. We will also provide an instructional video to guide you through the replacement or repair process.
